• Regular orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
• Custom or pre-order items require 3-5 business days to process and ship, as these are made specially for you.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 days depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed via email/WhatsApp before processing.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
